Details*PLEASE READ* This is for a functional or decorative customized hand crafted hollow wood surfboard. Prior to ordering, please send a private message for coordinating style, size, shape, graphics, fiberglassing, and other options since pricing will vary. Final cost will be adjusted after agreed design prior to your order being placed. Pictures show an example of a custom surfboard I built that was 9’-3” x 24” x 3” made of western red cedar, paulownia, wenge, and purple heart. These are hollow wood surfboards that have a manual screw in venting system to prevent pressure build up inside the board. When not in use, the vent should be open and should be closed when you are in the water.

Please allow for a typical build time of about 6-8 weeks for glueing, shaping, sanding, cure times for epoxy fiberglass lamination, epoxy hot coat, epoxy gloss coat, and the finish coat of a water based urethane.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
